Campaign Terms and Conditions

The Challenge Q1 2026 Campaign

Effective Date: January 5th, 2026
Last Updated: January 5th, 2026

1. Overview of the Challenge Campaign

As part of a limited promotional initiative entitled “The Consulting IQ Challenge – Q1 2026 Campaign”
(the “Challenge”), Consulting IQ Interactive Corp. (“Consulting IQ,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
may offer eligible subscribers a conditional 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (the “Guarantee”).

The Challenge is designed to encourage consistent, disciplined, and substantive use of the Consulting
IQ platform as a primary source of business knowledge, decision support, and advisory insights for
small and medium-sized businesses (“SMBs”). This Guarantee is not a guarantee of results. It does not
promise or warrant any specific financial, operational, strategic, or commercial outcomes.

2. Mandatory Minimum Subscription Commitment

Participation in the Challenge requires the user to subscribe to a qualifying Consulting IQ paid plan for a
minimum, non-cancelable period of three (3) consecutive months (the “Minimum Commitment
Period”).

• The subscription must remain active and in good standing for the full three-month period.

• Early cancellation, chargebacks, payment disputes, or non-payment during the Minimum
Commitment Period automatically disqualifies the user from the Guarantee.

• The Guarantee applies only to subscription fees paid during the initial three (3) months and does not
extend to any period thereafter.

3. Nature and Scope of the Satisfaction Guarantee

The Guarantee provides only a potential refund of subscription fees paid during the Minimum
Commitment Period, subject to strict compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Guarantee does not:
• Guarantee business success, revenue growth, cost reduction, profitability, funding, valuation, or
operational improvement;

• Replace professional legal, financial, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice;

• Apply to dissatisfaction arising from user inaction, incomplete data, inaccurate inputs, or external
market conditions.

4. Eligibility & Good-Faith Usage Requirements (Mandatory KPIs)

Refund eligibility is conditioned upon demonstrable good-faith, continuous, and substantive platform
usage, measured objectively through Consulting IQ’s internal systems.

To qualify, all of the following minimum engagement criteria must be satisfied:

– Upload and process at least one substantive business dataset or document within the platform.

4.5 Advisory Engagement Decision

The user must either:

◦ Participate in at least one consulting session included in their plan; or
◦ Explicitly decline such session(s) when offered.

Failure to meet any single requirement above results in automatic ineligibility for a refund.

5. Consulting Sessions – No Outcome Warranty

Consulting sessions:

– May be delivered individually, in group format, or in consolidated sessions;
– Are subject to availability, scheduling constraints, and plan limitations;
– Do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

At Consulting IQ’s sole discretion and without obligation, the Company may offer an additional
consulting session as a final attempt to address concerns before approving a refund.
Acceptance or refusal of such a session does not create any entitlement or obligation.

6. Refund Request Process

6.1 Timing

– Refund requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days following the conclusion of
the Minimum Commitment Period.
– Requests submitted outside this window are irrevocably waived.

6.2 Verification

– Consulting IQ reserves the absolute right to audit usage logs, engagement metrics, integrations,
uploads, and system activity to verify compliance.

6.3 Refund Scope

– Approved refunds are strictly limited to subscription fees paid for the initial three (3) months only.
– Taxes, third-party fees, implementation costs, and add-ons are non-refundable.

6.4 Payment Method

– Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
– Processing times may vary and are subject to third-party payment provider timelines.

6.5 Limitation

– The Guarantee may be exercised once per user and/or business entity, regardless of account
structure or affiliated entities.

7. Success Stories, Testimonials & Case Studies

As a condition of participation, users agree to cooperate with Consulting IQ in the preparation of
reasonably:
